How do you get Biro off a light beige leather bag?

The bag is light beige, and very soft - very much like suede, although it is technically leather.





There are two biro (pen) marks on it, one blue line (about 4 cm) and one black mark about 5mm.





I have tried the following on small biro marks that i made on the little %26quot;real leather%26quot; tag that came on the bag, and NONE WORKED so please don%26#039;t recommend them again!


WD-40 (oil-based spray)


Hairspray - this made it fade slightly, but then bleed so that it looked more obvious!


A rubber


Make-up remover wipes


Hand wipes


Oil wipes that you use to get wax off after waxing


Cif/Jif (heavy duty cleaner) - this faded the mark quite well, but I was wondering if there%26#039;s anything that will actually get rid of the mark.





Any other suggestions will be really helpful - I really love this bag, it%26#039;s really soft and nice, but I just can%26#039;t get the marks off!
