Where can I find the perfect party dress?

My sweet 16 is coming up in about a month, and I really need to find a dress! I want something that%26#039;s really bright, because everyone else is going to be in either black or white. I was kind of thinking something multi-colored, but most dresses i%26#039;ve found that I like have been one solid color. Here%26#039;s my biggest problem: it needs to be less than like $100, because I just went to prom about a month ago and don%26#039;t have a lot to spend on this.





I love the shapes and some colors of these dresses, but of course they aren%26#039;t in my price range, but maybe this could help if anyone had suggestions:
